About HHPOC

Huntington Hills Property Owners Corporation (HHPOC) is the New York not-for-profit corporation established to represent the shared interests of property owners covered by the Huntington Hills governing documents. The community’s Declaration dates to 1964, and the Corporation was formed in 1974. Huntington Hills Property Owners Corporation is the organization’s legal name and serves the property-owner association function for the community.

Our Purpose

HHPOC was created to protect and promote the common interests of Huntington Hills property owners. Its governing purposes include helping preserve property values, maintaining the neighborhood’s natural beauty and harmonious residential character, administering applicable community covenants, and supporting the common benefit and enjoyment of owners.

Our Work Today

HHPOC’s current work is focused primarily on managing, maintaining, and improving the community entrances at Roundtree Drive and Beaumont Drive. This includes tree and landscaping work, signage, entrance features, lighting, and related needs. The Board also manages Association funds, maintains community records, communicates with property owners, and coordinates meetings and projects for the neighborhood’s common benefit.

Membership and Participation

The governing documents state that the owner of each covered Huntington Hills building site is a member of HHPOC. Membership is tied to ownership of the property rather than to a separate voluntary enrollment. Current annual dues are $30 per covered property per year and help fund the Corporation’s responsibilities and approved community work.

Property owners are encouraged to attend community meetings, keep their member profiles current, ask questions, offer suggestions, and participate in votes when member action is required.
