The public spreadsheet lists property addresses only. It does not contain owner names, account balances or payment-status information. Contact HHPOC if a property's coverage is unclear.
Before closing
- Inform the purchaser that the property is associated with HHPOC and provide the association's website and annual-dues information.
- Request a property-specific account or payment-status statement from HHPOC sufficiently in advance of closing.
- Identify and address outstanding association charges during the closing process, and arrange for the seller to resolve unpaid balances as appropriate.
- Provide the purchaser with HHPOC's website so they can register for portal access after the transfer.
Request account and closing information
Use Contact Us to reach the Board. Include:
- The full property address
- Current owner or seller
- Prospective purchaser, if available
- Anticipated closing date
- Requesting company, contact name, email address and telephone number
Please allow sufficient time for account review and a response. HHPOC maintains accounting records by property address. Confirm balances directly with the Board; they cannot be determined from the public property list.
Governing documents
View the Declaration, Bylaws, 2006 amendment and transcribed copies. You may also review the FAQs for explanations of annual dues, older balances and ownership transfers.
This page and the address list help identify properties requiring association inquiry. They do not replace review of the recorded governing documents, title records or a property-specific statement from HHPOC. Treatment of outstanding charges may depend on the transaction and the governing provisions.
