Welcome to Huntington Hills

Huntington Hills is a distinctive residential community established in the 1960s among the wooded hills of Melville. The Huntington Hills Property Owners Corporation (HHPOC) represents the shared interests of the covered property owners and works to preserve the appearance, natural character and common interests of our neighborhood.

HHPOC Community Meeting

Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.
Half Hollow Hills Community Library - Dix Hills, Room 111

All Huntington Hills homeowners are invited. The meeting will cover completed work, proposed entrance improvements, Association finances, annual dues, and future priorities. Homeowners will also be able to meet the Board, ask questions, share ideas, and learn how to become involved.

Entrance Renewal Project

Work is underway to renew the Roundtree Drive and Beaumont Drive entrances. Tree work at both locations has been completed, and the Board is reviewing the next phases of the project, including new entrance features, signage and landscaping.
