 Huntington Hills Property Owners Association (HHPOC)  is a private governing body formed within a residential community—such as a subdivision, condominium, or planned development—that creates and enforces rules, manages shared areas, and collects dues from property owners to maintain the neighborhood’s appearance, infrastructure, and amenities.

 Our association is dedicated to maintaining the gates on Round Tree and Beaumont. In addition, the association meets to address members questions or concerns in the community. We aim to revive the mission of the Association to address the new homeowners in the community. 

 Membership is mandatory to the 240 homes that are part of the Huntington Hills Property Owners Corp that was established in the early 60’s. Title of your property indicates that the home is part of the Association and any homeowner is responsible for annualdues and any addition 

 The association is primarily responsible for the gates however, as a group of homeowners there are many benefits that come with the membership when communicating concerns with the town 

Our association is governed by a board of directors. All Association homes have a vote in the Association. The governing body is responsible for setting policies, making strategic decisions, and overseeing the association's operations. Members are encouraged to participate in governance by attending meetings and assisting board members. 

There are three communities that exist in our neighborhood. Old Forge, Strathmore and Huntington Hills. Your neighbor’s home may not have been included in the original association when it was formed and may be outside of HHHPOC boundaries.
