Community Project Update
Renewing Our Community Entrances
The Huntington Hills Property Owners Corporation is planning a phased improvement of the Beaumont Drive and Roundtree entrances—creating a welcoming, enduring first impression for our entire community.

Tree work at both entrances is complete, opening and preparing the areas for the next phases.
Under Review
Gates & Landscaping
The Board is evaluating proposals for entrance structures, gates, lighting, and landscaping.
Project Approach
Phased Improvements
Work will proceed in practical phases based on final design, cost, available funds, and community priorities.
Entrance Concept
Beaumont Drive
The proposed concept introduces a prominent Huntington Hills monument, stone columns, coordinated plantings, and lighting while preserving the established character of the entrance.
Entrance Concept
Roundtree
The Roundtree concept carries the same architectural vocabulary and landscape character, creating a consistent identity at both community entrances.
A Phased Path Forward
1. Site Preparation
Complete tree work and prepare the entrance areas.
2. Design & Review
Evaluate alternatives, costs, materials, and the project sequence.
3. Implementation
Advance approved entrance structures, gates, lighting, and landscaping in phases.
Conceptual Design Notice
The proposed images are conceptual renderings intended to communicate the current design direction. Final designs, materials, plantings, lighting, dimensions, costs, and construction details may change as proposals are reviewed and the project is finalized.
A Community Investment
HHPOC maintains and improves the Huntington Hills entrances for the benefit of the entire community. Annual property-owner dues support this work and help fund responsible long-term maintenance and improvements.
Project information will be updated here as plans and timing are finalized.
